Day Six – A song that reminds you of somewhere
I’ve always liked Cher’s voice and this was a song I latched onto when I was working in London for three months back in 1999. It’s not really a happy song but this song, for some weird reason, cheered me up in the gloomy cold London days when I had homesick moments and reminds me of walking through the London streets, bundled up against the cold, chewing through batteries in my Walkman (yikes that was Walkman days) and not quite believing where I was.
